Return Policy

At Hairtrapreneur Inc., we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

 

**Grooming & Skincare Products**

Due to the personal nature of grooming and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hairtrapreneur.com or 769-572-7559 and we will make it right. Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days. No cash refunds.

 

**Apparel & Accessories**

Made-to-order items (Hairtrapreneur Backpack, etc.) are final sale. All other apparel may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unworn with tags attached. Store credit or exchange only — no cash refunds.

 

**eGift Cards**

All eGift Card purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

 

**Damaged or Incorrect Orders**

Contact us within 7 days at info@hairtrapreneur.com or 769-572-7559. We'll arrange a replacement or store credit at no cost to you.

 

**EU Customers**

EU customers are entitled to a 2-year warranty on eligible physical products per GPSR. Contact info@hairtrapreneur.com for claims.
