Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional Barber to join our dynamic team. This is a commission-based position ideal for a licensed barber with a loyal client base or someone eager to grow one. You’ll have access to our high-end facility, marketing support, and a steady stream of clients ready for luxury service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality haircuts, beard grooming, shaves, and other grooming services

• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and offer expert advice

• Maintain a clean, professional, and sanitized workstation at all times

• Stay updated with current barbering trends, styles, and techniques

• Uphold the standards of professionalism and luxury that define Hairtrapreneur

• Promote services and help grow your client base through excellent service and referrals

Qualifications:

• Valid barber license in the state

• Proven experience in a professional barber setting (portfolio or demo may be requested)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism

• Reliable, punctual, and driven to grow

• Familiarity with luxury grooming services is a plus
